Today, the MPs have heard the report delivered by Serhiy Tihipko, Vice Prime Minister Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine. Then they have endorsed the report of the Cabinet of Ministers on 2011 budget implementation.

In spite of the fact that todays VR session started with a double blocking, the MPs have started working. Particularly, the Parliament has endorsed changes to the law On Protection of Childhood; the changes imply a 50-percent discount for communal and some other services for the families with adopted children and family-type orphanages.
